This is our 304 condo in Tower III of the South Seas Club. It sleep a MAXIMUM of 5 occupants. It is located on the third floor and faces southwest for a nice warm winter. It is 1134 sq ft in area. Has a full kitchen with many extras. On a lower floor you can sit in the living room and enjoy the swaying of the palm trees. This condo has a beach view from the living room and the master bedroom. It has an outside entrance, which offers a great cross breeze during the part of the year when A/C isn't necessary. It is fully equipped with many extras including movies, cd's, games, beach toys, beach chairs and many other extras as well as a beach cart so you don't have to carry everything.
