This is our 707 condo located in South Seas Northwest, which is part of the South Seas Complex. It is on the 7th floor of Tower IV. The condo is 1154 sq ft in size and has two bedrooms which sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
Beautifully remodeled and decorated our condo offers many extras for our guests. As part of the South Seas Complex you have access to 10 tennis courts, and boat slips on the bay side of the complex and 55 acres with walking paths throughout. As part of the South Seas Northwest condo association the amenities are heated pool, social room, and exercise room.
Our condo is exceptionally well appointed and the amenities include a full kitchen with new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, pop corn maker, pots, pans, all dinnerware and accessories necessary to make this a complete kitchen. Each room has a ceiling fan. There is a TV in the living room, guest bedroom and master bedroom. Also included are DVD/VCRs with every TV. Stereo in the living room as well as stereo clock radios in each bedroom. We also have a supply of CDs and movies to keep you entertained. The condo includes a hair dryer, binoculars, games, books, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, coolers and a beach cart so you don't have to carry your supplies.
This is truly a home away from home with everything you need for a great vacation. All you have to bring are your personal items.
The area has many activities available including parasailing, jet skiing, canoeing, kayaking, wind surfing, fishing and boating. Shopping is all around Marco and Naples. Restaurants are too numerous to mention. Marco is a great place for a relaxing vacation that you will long remember.
