How do I search for properties?
Begin by clicking on a destination on our homepage. This will populate with the properties for that destination. You will then refine your search by entering the exact criteria you are looking for in your rental search. As you enter this information, the beach listings will automatically update your results. We provide you with the quickest results from the most advanced search engine available! As you narrow down your search, simply click on the “Get More Details” link for your chosen property.

How do I inquire about a property?
Once you have found your desired property, we have made the inquiry process very simple. On the left column of each property advertisement, there are fields asking for your name, email address, and any other information or questions that you have for the rental owner. Once you have filled out the form, click ‘Submit.’ It is important that you enter your correct contact information to ensure the owner can reach you.

How do I report a complaint about an owner?
We expect our clients to adhere to our terms and conditions, as well as respect your privacy. Also, we have taken every measure to protect both our clients and renters. However, if you do have a conflict with a property owner, we will evaluate your compliant and take any action we feel necessary to protect all parties. How do I report fraud or abuse?
While our site is safe and secure, and most every owner in the vacation rental industry is honest and law abiding, there is the rare possibility of fraud or abuse. We will NOT tolerate any such behavior on our site. Beach Listings has taken the appropriate precautions and we require every rental owner to agree to our terms and conditions. We have a zero tolerance policy for fraud and abuse, and any such behavior is a breach of these terms. If you have had such an experience, please report as soon as possible to Support@BeachListings.com.

What makes your advertising services unique?
Advertising rental property on the web is the future, and it has proven to be more effective than advertising methods of the past. Not only does BeachListings.com have one of the lowest advertising prices in the industry, but we also give you, the customer, more for your money. Check out our Low Price. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction, as well as striving to be the most user friendly site around. This is accomplished through our easily navigable customized search engine, which will lead potential renters straight to your property.

How does your firm market my property?
Online advertising gives your property continuous exposure and 24 hours per day availability for viewing by potential renters all over the world. Our primary means of marketing your property is achieved through employing internet search engines, including but not limited to, Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. We also use a variety of other means to advertise our site and continuously strive for better search engine optimization.

How do you rank properties in your city directories?
BeachListings.com offers equal opportunity to all of our members. The properties displayed are in the order of relevance to the prospective renter’s search query. In cases where a prospect chooses to search all properties in a particular area, the rental ads will be placed in the order in which your advertisement is placed on our site. Any termination of your rental advertisement from Beach Listings will cause you to lose your ranking. We have found this to be the fairest method to our customers. We are always open to your suggestions.

What are your pricing packages?
Beach Listings does not support the methods of other sites that charge users on a per picture basis. We want to give every member an equal chance to be seen and to get inquiries. Thus, we offer one pricing package for $120 per year. This is all-inclusive; there are absolutely no hidden fees. Your beach rental advertisement will be listed for one calendar year from the date that your transaction is processed.

What payment methods do you accept?
Once you have logged into your account, click on ‘Make a Payment.’ We do not accept cash. Any such payment will be returned to sender. We accept all major credit cards, as well as debit cards from all major banking institutions. Do you offer refunds?
Beach Listings performs a large part of our services in establishing your account, listing your rental advertisement, and ensuring proper and efficient designs for your property. Also, the costs for our services are among the lowest in the industry. Thus, our policy is to not offer refunds after 30 days. During the first 30 days of a new subscription, a subscriber may request a refund of their fee for that year; however, only 25% of the fee will be refunded.

How secure is my transaction?
Your transactions through BeachListings.com are very secure. Each transaction uses SSL through a third party credit card processing company. If you have a problem, please contact us at Support@BeachListings.com.

What information do you need from me?
Once you have decided to join our site, the first step is to visit our Sign Up Form. This form will lead you through the simple process of joining our firm. You will need to give a brief narrative about your property, as well as be prepared to list the amenities available in/around your rental property. Be as descriptive as possible. Also, be prepared to submit the necessary amount of quality pictures to our firm (according to your ad package). Prospective renters are not as likely to rent what they can’t see. Therefore, provide good quality photos. Remember, the better quality information and pictures you provide, the more likely your property is to do well in the rental market.

How many photos can I add?
We currently offer up to 10 photos for every beach rental advertisement on our site. These are included in your yearly fee. We do not charge on a per picture basis, and we do not have any hidden fees.

What is the best method for uploading/sending my photos?
If you have pictures saved on your computer, this is a very simple process. Log into your account and click ‘Maintain Properties.’ Then, click ‘Upload photos.’ From there, you only have to browse through your computer files, click on the picture you want to add, and then click ‘Submit.’
If you do not have pictures available for online submission, you may physically mail them. We will scan the pictures and upload them into your account. We do not accept photo negatives. If you would like for our staff to mail the pictures back to you, please include a self-enclosed envelope, with the proper postage attached. If you do not include the proper postage, we are not responsible for sending the pictures back. After a reasonable period, we will dispose of any unclaimed photos. Can I use my vacation rental photos from another website?
We do not encourage you to use photos from another website without their permission. Many other sites copyright pictures that are listed on their website. As a member of Beach Listings, we require you to obtain permission from the other website(s) where you have listed the picture(s). This is your sole responsibility to adhere to the legal guidelines of both Beach Listings and the other website(s).

How do I change photos?
You may change the photos for your listing at any time. If you are uploading online, please use the same procedure listed above. If you are physically mailing your photos, please send to the same address above, with the same procedure.

How do I make changes to my page (Calendar, Details, Prices, Etc.)?
Log in to our Members’ Area, which will lead to your page. Click the ‘Maintain Properties’ button. You may then make the desired changes to your site, and click ‘Submit.’ These changes should be instantaneously displayed, with a brief delay in textual changes. If you are experiencing difficulty in seeing the changes, refresh your page. If you still are unable to see the changes, contact us at Support@BeachListings.com

I forgot my password and/or username.
Click on the ‘Members Home’ page. In the ‘Forgot Your Password’ box, enter your username. An email will then be sent to your email address on file.

How do I change my personal information?
You are allowed to change most of your personal and contact information. To do so, log into your account, and choose ‘Modify Account.’

How do I delete or transfer my account?
If you wish to delete or transfer your account, you must request this in writing. This process is not automated for your control due to security reasons. If you would like to do either, please email us at Support@BeachListings.com

What is your policy regarding my privacy?
The privacy of your personal information and other data listed in the ‘Members Home’ is of the utmost importance to our staff. Our policies regarding these procedures may be found in our Privacy Policy that each member agrees to before their property is added.

What do you expect from your members?
We expect our members to act with the same class that we strive to give each member. All agreements and conduct may be found in our Terms and Conditions that each member agrees to before their property is added.

How do I report fraud, plagiarism, or other legal complaints?
Fraud, plagiarism, and any other illegal or dishonest act will not be tolerated on BeachListings.com. Please report any such behavior as soon as possible to Support@BeachListings.com.
